Awesome little hotel as part of the casino. My rating is for the hotel only as I didn’t gamble. Rooms is spacious and meticulously clean, there’s really nothing at all to complain about. Parking is free in the adjacent garage. Breakfast (not included) in the attached Mid City Grill is excellent albeit not cheap. It is in the heart of the city, would def recommend this place!! Staff is lovely as well.
The staff here is great! The standard rooms are pretty standard. The suites are nice. The beds and pillows are a bit firm for my tastes. I prefer a softer bed and pillows. The casino is small and in need of an upgrade. The restaurant and deli is very limited to deep fried foods and not many healthy options. The pizza is very tasty. The prices are very high for food. There are no shows or shops so if you come here it should be just to gamble. All gambling is automated machines there are no live table games. They have a good loyalty program once you reach a high status so be prepared to spend thousands of dollars before you get any good perks.
Went to play at the casino. Kind of on the smaller side. Decent game options. Plenty of parking.
I have never stayed at the hotel portion of the casino. But i have been here several times. The players club manager Danielle was AMAZING. She went above and beyond with her customer service. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. It's always clean. They give amazing rewards to their customers. I have been to most of the casinos in this area, including the bigger casinos. This casino by far is the best and most welcoming. They should get casino of the year. This casino makes you feel like you are comforted at home while playing. Love this casino! Everyone should go here, you won't be disappointed!
Extremely nice hotel room. Whoever did the drywall is a magician, it is all so perfect! The furnishings are nice, everything is very clean and lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The location is wonderful, Central City is a gem of a town.
Kevin from Mid City Grill had the best service! He was very friendly and patient with us when we were ordering. He gave us recommendations and made small talk as well. We definitely enjoyed our meal and the service he provided!
This is my favorite Casino in Central City! The staff is always nice and the machines usually like me too!
Brought a group to this casino for a fundraiser, and it was an amazing experience. Working with the casino representative Danielle through the process, the day's hostess Mykal, and the customer service was extraordinary. I would also rate the floor service and wait staff along with the menu at a 100%. Also, the machines were very giving, a few of my group came back with more than they took with them.
